About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Nashik, India. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of estimation, the ability to read and interpret builder’s drawings, and a willingness to learn our in-house estimation software.

Key Requirements

* Basic knowledge of estimation and quantity calculations.

* Ability to read and understand builder’s drawings and construction plans.

* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

* Educational background in Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.

* Good English reading and writing skills.

* Ability to communicate in English and respond to basic emails professionally.

* Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software and processes.

* Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a positive attitude towards learning.

Training and Software

We use our own estimation software for day-to-day work. Training will be provided to the selected candidate on our in-house software and estimation procedures.

Candidates do not need to have prior experience with our specific software. However, basic technical knowledge, an understanding of drawings, and the ability to learn new systems are essential.

Work Arrangements

This is an office-based position, and the selected candidate will be required to work from our office in Nashik, India. However, if occasional work from home is required, the candidate must have access to their own laptop or computer and a reliable internet connection.
